Refund policy

A full refund cancels the order and revokes tickets that have not been scanned, which returns those places to inventory. Bank-transfer refunds are returned from the GoTicket.pk account by an administrator. A refund request alone does not cancel admission. Free reservations can be cancelled directly because no payment was taken. Payout records show settlements an administrator has marked against confirmed sales; GoTicket.pk does not transfer those funds itself.
