Shipping Policy

Digital delivery only

GoTicket.pk sells digital event tickets. Physical shipping does not apply, and there is no shipping fee. A confirmed ticket is delivered electronically to the buyer’s account and to the buyer email saved on the order.

For a paid booking, the ticket email is sent after an administrator approves the payment screenshot. Approval is a manual check, so it is not instant. The order page shows “Payment Screenshot Received” while the transfer is waiting, and the tickets appear on that page once the payment is approved. A free reservation is available in the account when the reservation is confirmed, and the ticket email is sent at that time.

If the ticket does not arrive

Check the spam and promotions folders for a message from GoTicket.pk, then open the order from your account. The ticket can be viewed and downloaded there even if the email is delayed. If the order still shows that payment is awaiting verification, the ticket has not been issued yet.

If the order is approved and the ticket is still missing from both the account and the inbox, email the support address or call the Pakistan contact number with the order number. Support can confirm the buyer email and resend the ticket message. Do not create a second booking for the same places while the first order is still reserved or paid.
